I started MEB Creativ as a creative and design agency out of Brooklyn in 2019. For the first few years, we did what creative agencies do: branding, web design, photography, digital assets. We worked with restaurants, retail shops, fitness studios, local businesses of all kinds.
What I noticed in nearly every engagement was the same thing: smart, hardworking business owners spending huge chunks of their day on work that felt like it shouldn't require a human. Copying data from one app to another. Following up manually on leads that should have been automated. Building the same weekly report by hand because nobody had connected their tools properly.
I started integrating automation into client deliverables, at first just as a bonus, something to make our websites more useful. Then I realized the automation was delivering more value than the design. A website that books appointments automatically, sends follow-ups, and syncs to a CRM is worth ten times a website that just looks good.
When AI language models became powerful enough to build real agents, not chatbots that frustrate people, but genuinely useful AI that understands context and takes action, I knew this was the moment to formalize the pivot. MEB Creativ is now focused on one thing: giving small businesses access to the same AI infrastructure that enterprise companies have, at prices that actually make sense.
